For over 30 years, I have dedicated my career to a single, complex goal: resolving the chronic jaw and neck pain that traditional medicine often overlooks. My journey as the founder of TMJ Perfect and hANS TMJ Head and Neck Specialty was born from a realization that most patients are stuck in a "failed treatment loop"—relying on nightguards that can actually increase muscle activity or seeking surgery when a specialized orthopedic approach could provide lasting relief.

What sets our practice apart is a level of training held by fewer than 1% of providers. As a Board-Certified Craniofacial & Cervical Therapist (CCTT) endorsed by the American Academy of Orofacial Pain and an ABPTRFE-Accredited Fellowship Graduate in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, I bridge the gap between dentistry and orthopedic medicine. This allows us to treat the "Total System"—from the delicate mechanics of the TMJ disc to the intricate alignment of the upper cervical spine.

Opening our new center in Centennial, Colorado, has allowed me to integrate 15 years of certified dry needling expertise with a clinical environment designed for neurological down-regulation. My philosophy is rooted in Pain Neuroscience: we  treat painful symptoms with the most powerful interventions and experienced expertise.  But even more importantly we educate the nervous system and address the root cause of dysfunction, ensuring our patients don't just feel better—they stay better.
